Hey there! I’m Max. Back in 2014 I bought an old, dilapidated 1960’s Split-Level home and spent the next 4 years tearing down, renovating, and updating the home to bring me to the after picture below.
During my time spent renovating my split level house, I was too often stiffed by the internet when it came time to search for ideas on how to remodel split level houses.
After doing some research I found that there are over 40 million split level houses in the USA as we speak, so I thought I could not be the only one with this problem.
I decided to share my knowledge gained while flipping my split level home, while also sharing my knowledge about what its like to live in a house while flipping it (the live in flip).
Along the way I also learned the in-and-outs, dos-and-donts of being a live-in-house flipper.
I have since gone on to successfully “live-in-flip” 2 more homes.
